Booking Terms and Conditions
Reservation and Payment
- Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
- Final bill includes 5% GST.
- Toll, parking, and border taxes are extra.
Vehicle Usage
- Services will follow the confirmed itinerary; changes may lead to extra charges.
- AC won't work when the vehicle is on standby.
- Vehicles run at a max speed of 80 km/hr as per RTO rules.
- Smoking and drinking in the vehicle are not allowed.
- Kilometers and time are calculated from our office to office.
- 300 km per day limit; extra km will be charged.
Liability
- In rare cases, a different but similar vehicle may be provided.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings.
- Jain Travels is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will result in no refund.
